Organization
OLE was managed by a Project Manager on a transnational level. In each participating country a Project Leader managed day to day operations.
A joint Governing Group, with members from each country, supported our project manager and the management team. The Governing Group was overall responsible for the project, its economy, objectives and evaluation.
Each country also formed a National Governing Group for the purpose of general management of their local subprojects and as a support for each local Project Leader.
National Reference Groups was also formed locally, specifically for the support of ongoing subprojects.
