Current solutions are based largely on ideas and procedures from the 50´s, 60´s and 70´s. There is a confirmed need for development, which include the whole chain of events and all concerned groups interacting.

Improved welfare is an advantage, directly and indirectly. Directly for those involved. Indirectly since our attraction as communities will increase. Increased attraction drives economic growth.
