Networks
In short this project aimed at establishing working and functional networks in all areas concerned with the care of our elderly, national as well as international.
We looked in particular at:
- How do we build and maintain networks in these groups for the future?
- Who are the parties concerned?
- How to reach best practice, what can we learn from other regions working actively in networks irrespective of national boundaries?
- How can elderly person’s competence be used? How can it be distributed?
Project Organization
All national project groups worked in a close cooperation with each other over our nation’s boundaries.
A transnational cooperation was one of our key factors for the success of our project.
Each of our national subprojects was headed by a local project leader.
